Return Policy for KPSZZ

• If you have an account, simply log in to your account and request a refund directly.

This way, we aim to make the return process as accessible as possible, whether you have an account or not.

Return Shipment: After your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the product. Make sure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Refund: Refunds are processed as soon as we have received and inspected the returned product. The amount will be refunded to your account within 15 business days.

Shipping Costs: Currently, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; we are working hard to make returns free of charge.
