At KPSZZ, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our watches. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. Below, you'll find the details of our warranty coverage.


What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes:

  • Defective watch movements (e.g., quartz mechanism issues).
  • Loose or broken components (e.g., crown, case, or clasp).
  • Issues with the watch hands or dial caused by manufacturing errors.

If your watch experiences any of the above issues, we will repair or replace it free of charge.


What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or discoloration).
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Water damage, unless explicitly stated that the watch is water-resistant.
  • Battery replacement.
  • Adjustments to the date function due to months with fewer than 31 days (this requires manual adjustment and is standard for quartz watches).

Warranty Period

The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase as it will be required for warranty claims.


How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience any issues with your watch that are covered by the warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@kapsuzz.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim.
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your order number or proof of purchase.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Clear photos or videos showing the problem.
  3. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for the next steps, including shipping the watch to us if necessary.

Additional Information

  • Shipping costs for warranty claims:
    • Within the first 6 months: We cover all shipping costs.
    • After 6 months: Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us, but we will cover the return shipping.
  • Repairs outside of warranty: If your watch is outside the warranty period or the issue is not covered, we can still assist with repairs at a reasonable cost.
